Return Policy
Quality Product Returns
Returns of quality products are possible according to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia regulations from May 20, 2014, No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts.” The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, and delivery costs for returned goods are not compensated.
Conditions for Returning a Quality Product:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged, and neat packaging (except when the product is defective or damaged).
- The product must not have been used or damaged due to the buyer’s fault.
- The product must be returned with all parts and accessories as it was received.
- The product must be packed in additional protective packaging to ensure safe transportation.
Quality Product Return Process:
- Fill out the return form (available here: Form).
- Send an email to [email protected], attaching the completed form.
- Include the printed form inside the packaging of the returned item.
Quality Product Return Methods:
- Products can be returned via any courier service.
- The return address is: Apuzes iela 34, Rīga, LV-1046.
- The buyer covers the return shipping costs.
- Delivery costs for already received goods are not refunded.
Defective Product Returns
Returns of defective products are possible according to the Cabinet of Ministers regulations No. 255. If a buyer receives a product with defects that were not previously disclosed, the buyer has the right to request:
- Replacement of the defective product with a quality one.
- A price reduction.
- A refund of the paid amount.
Defective Product Return Process:
- Fill out the return form and send it to [email protected].
- If the form cannot be filled out, the following information should be provided in the email:
- Buyer’s name, surname, and contact details.
- Address for returning the product.
- Order number, purchase, and receipt dates.
- Amount paid and a detailed description of the product’s defect (with photos, if possible).
- If the product is found to be defective due to the buyer’s fault, it will be returned to the buyer after the return shipping and re-delivery costs are covered.
Refunds will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the product at the warehouse and will be credited to the account provided in the form.
